Can’t spend money if we don’t have it, wages are getting absolutely brutalised while the cost of literally everything goes up.
Asdas layout in stores is more frustrating than other supermarkets. I activated avoid them.
I boycotted Asda when the fire and rehire debacle took place a few years ago and never looked back.
The asda I went to as a kid is gone. Now it isn’t cheap nor is it nice to be in. I just don’t use Asda anymore
ASDA has always been a bottom tier supermarket for me
Surely ASDA sacks “several” staff every week of the year.
If r/Asda is to be believed asda is a shit show, they have cut too many staff, so they can’t get stuff out of the warehouse and onto the shelves and can’t even get wages right.
All ASDAs are grim. I do all I can to avoid it.
When it was bought by the Issas asset stripping, controlled decline, and shuttering was the most likely outcome, and here we are.
