Fighting intensifies between M23 and Congolese army in eastern provinces • FRANCE 24 English

Amidst intensified fighting between the Congolese army and M23 rebels in the east of the country, the Congolese army announced this weekend that it had pushed back the M23 from South Kivu and recaptured several key towns in North Kivu and South Kivu provinces. FRANCE 24’s Emmet Livingstone reports from Kinshasa.

  1. Africa always has been and always will be a continent at war amongst its own people … the reason why it is and always will be poor !!! It is hard to understand where and how they get all these weapons from … truly very sad indeed …
