New blaze threatens tens of thousands in Ventura County • FRANCE 24 English

Around 84,000 people may be forced to flee after a new wildfire erupted on Tuesday in Ventura County, near Los Angeles, where two separate fires have killed at least 25 people in the past week. Strong winds have ramped up the most recent blaze – named the Auto Fire – which has already covered 56 acres, threatening nearby towns.

  1. To do Arson you need strategically suck all the water and humidity from the ground… And it was being done since very long. You cant stop it now even though if you feel its an arson attempt. It is pure neglect by public and very poor governance.

  2. Not a real threat. 1) it’s in an area that is flat and easy to reach.

    2) The homeless start fires in that area all the time.

    3) Ventura County has great leadership
