1. Tracked my applications on excel, then whenever I received an email for an update/rejection i’d update it

2. SWE or do non SWE positions also have online assessments? What are those online assessments?

3. I’ve seen a lot of internships have a minimum GPA requirement of 3.5. That might be killing you there.

4. I used to think assignments and multiple interviews for internships were ridiculous, but after having to supervise actual interns I can see why. Honestly I would prefer internships to disappear as it much easier and fair with an actually newly grad hired.

5. Question that I’ve been thinking and reading about quite a bit. For these applications, are you sending in customized resumes and/or cover letters? How many are mashing the easy apply button on LinkedIn for pure volume?

6. Damn. In my field i wrote 3 applications and got 5 job offers🤔

7. Any reason why the direct offer after interview was selected, rather than going through with the 2nd round of interviews at other places?
