1. When the perpetrator is found take their vehicle and crush it, charge them every penny for the safe clean up and removal of the waste, respond to every excuse with “not my problem mate”

   “But the van is my livelihood” etc – “not my problem mate”

   As soon as word get around that you could potentially lose a ~£10k vehicle trying to make £150 they’ll stop.
