The woman's lawyer, Ann-Iren Skjelbred, confirms this to Dagbladet as a sexual assault case, with no further comments.
The woman was called in for interrogation during the investigations last fall, and the police opened a case as a result of her statements.
The police opened the case on October 7th last year, but Høiby wasn't and currently isn't charged for it, and it's unsure whether or not it was brought up to him during the investigations. Police attorney Andreas Kruszewski said the Oslo police district had no comment.
Høiby's lawyer Øyvind Bratlien, however, says they're considering reporting this as a false accusation, as the police knew about this prior to having a meeting about jail time, and it was neither taken into consideration nor a part of the charges. The woman's lawyer has been presented with this, reiterating that the police opened the case, and not her client.
The current tally/charges are
- 3 counts of abuse in close relations of 3 ex-girlfriends. Plead guilty to 1, that being an unnamed woman in her 20's, who was the first to come out.
- 2 sleep rapes in 2024. One happened on Palm Sunday (March 24th), and the other one on September 26th at his house on Skaugum.
- Murder threats against an unnamed man. Plead guilty.
- Violating the restraining order against of the unnamed ex. (At least 3-4 times, if the articles about this are to be believed.)
He's also being investigated for 2 further rapes, being this one and another one that happened sometime last year, also at Skaugum. The woman at Skaugum was there with a friend… who had been raped there on September 26th. She was previously a witness for her friend. No parties would comment on this when Dagbladet broke that story 2 weeks after the police stated he was under investigation for another rape (following his release from a week in custody), this being the just mentioned Skaugum one, according to Dagbladet and its sources.

I’ve said it before but this guy is an absolute monster. He should not be out in society, he’s a menace to women.
All these accusations and all the resources he has available and they decide it’s okay to release him.
It’s difficult to say at this point if he has done all of this or people are using this situation for personal gain.
