  1. I’m trying to find good picture of it, but Martha Louise of Norway wore an outfit with a bunch of odd pictures on the skirt including a cow.

  2. I like Queen Margaret raincoat. She found this table cloth and made it to raincoat, the eccentric Queen.

    Also in defense of some of Diana and Fergie’s outfits…. It WAS the 80s/90s…

  5. What??! Queen Margrete’s Golden dress is stunning – and the rain coat is one of my favorties! It’s made of a table cloth she found in London.

  6. Queen Margrethe slays every outfit, and that Byzantine silk gown is wonderful.

  10. 15 wasn’t even that bad, it was the hat and the fact they showed up together with two very different and loud looks

  14. Diana’s outfit looks clownish now. But I promise it wasn’t back in the early 80s. I was 8 years old in 1980 and loved Princess Diana. The stripes, bow, and poofy sleeves were a thing.

  33. lol a good chunk of these are not “flops.” They may not be to OP’s personal taste, but they’re products of different eras of fashion.

    The truly bad ones stick out due to poor tailoring, or not-great styling for the dress and/or event. Without knowing the exact years/events, I’d say 1-4, 9-10 & 19 are the only truly questionable choices.

  37. i like 3. ok, maybe not on mary with that hairstyle. it would have looked better if her hair was down. but it’s a dress i would personally wear

  42. Queen Margaret of Denmarks rain coat … obsessed!!! She must have made it herself because she is a very talented seamstress…. I want that raincoat
