U.S. President Donald Trump has said he will reach out to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un again in his second term, some five years after the breakdown of nuclear talks.

Asked by Fox News interviewer Sean Hannity if he will reach out to Kim again, Trump responded in the affirmative.
