I don’t see the problem?
Border control.
Inside europe there are free passage of people and goods. On ukraine even though outside Schengen it still has an agreement where no visa is needed. So the only “border” where people must be careful is with the UK/EU border. Hence the warning.
Maybe becausw there are civilized people in the east, while in france are the french?
I’ll channel my inner Hans here, but it’s the warning for car transport in the tunnel.
