2. There was definitely something not right with the original decision. Maybe they’ll do a proper investigation this time.

3. TL,DR:

   The driver claimed to have had a seizure at the wheel so no charges were brought. The families have appealed and it turns out that the investigation didn’t even reach the basic requirements for gathering crucial evidence

4. I mean, was there medical evidence of a epilepsy that occurred during the incident or not?
