Hamas names four Israeli female soldiers to be released in hostage deal • FRANCE 24 English

Palestinian militant group Hamas on Friday announced the names of four Israeli women soldiers to be released in exchange for Palestinian prisoners in the second swap under the ceasefire deal in Gaza. Karina Ariev, Daniella Gilboa, Naama Levy and Liri Albag would be released on Saturday, the group said. The exchange, expected to begin on Saturday afternoon, follows the release on the ceasefire’s first day last Sunday of three Israeli women and 90 Palestinian prisoners, the first such exchange for more than a year. FRANCE 24’s Noga Tarnopolsky reports from Jerusalem.

  1. Unfortunately what it says is like I said in the beginning, you can't trust Hamas, and most of the Hostages are dead. I actually thought they were all dead, so grateful to get some back alive

  18. That these women put on a brave face for their release appearance – – is testament to their ability to SURVIVE and FOLLOW HAMAS INSTRUCTIONS TO SAVE THEIR LIVES. Can you imagine being hoisted up on stage in front of a chanting mass of the people around your captures ? With their "gift bags" – neck markers – you KNOW THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO LOOK EXACTLY THE WAY THEY DID – HAPPY and NOT IN FEAR. The child of 7 years that was released early on was threatened with Stabbing if she spoke aloud in captivity ! She did not speak in an over a whisper for over 9 months AFTER HER RELEASE ! These women were young – single – and 3 of them soldiers – – YOU KNOW THEY WERE BRUTALLY TAUNTED AND TREATED. You will find that out from THEM when THEY ARE ABLE TO HEAL ENOUGH To Tell THEIR STORIES. Don't Believe the Hamas Propaganda – Parading Them with Cameras In Their Faces. Broadcasting the Forced Please Rescue / Release Cruel Videos of Hostages 3/4 of Which Were Killed After Filming. Many are Not Coming Home Alive. – – Most are Not Coming Home Alive.
