  1. What the actual fuck is a rape case, let alone a rape case involving a child, doing anywhere near the magistrates and not the crown????

  2. Under 18 at the time of the crime. Punished according to the law in the UK.

  5. Rape of an underage girl is dealt with at magistrates court? Has to be more to this.

  6. Ok, even if he was under 18 at the time of the crime, a 1 year detention, followed by 1 year probation (DTOs are 50/50 split) is way too lenient.
