At the event, the Prince and Princess of Wales joined faith leaders, civic figures, Holocaust survivors and others impacted by recent genocides to mark this somber anniversary. PureWow’s VP of News & Entertainment, Philip Mutz, noted that Princess Catherine looked extremely comfortable while chatting with the public.
“When she interacted with certain individuals, she came alive,” he said. “She was open and smiling and touchy. She’s clearly her most comfortable self when interacting with others.”
Mutz explained that her body language shifted during the more formal parts of the day, noting that her demeanor became more reserved during an official ceremony. “It could partly be the serious nature of the event, but also that she was much more on display,” he added.
