    1- Ethnic Cleansing: Not broking any law.
    2- No Accepting the ethnic cleansing: Broking the international law because we are antisemitic (even when Palestinians are a Semitic people).

    And why those countries are “legally obligated”? It sounds like that’s an invent.

It’s a a semantics issue more than anything else: if some countries recognise the situation in Gaza as an act of war, an invasion of one sovereign country (Israel) on to another (Palestine) because those countries recognise both, then by definition the people fleeing Palestine are war refugees and would receive automatic status as refugees, no need to prove anything else as refugees, only the nationality would be suffice.

    Also, the same applies to the recognition of genocide in Gaza. It’s international law. What the Israelis are saying is those countries should put their money in their mouth and do the right thing instead of making symbolic diplomatic gestures.

    Two things: one, he’s right. No matter the hipocrisy, the statement remains right. One, not even neighbour Arab countries want to leave Palestinians into their territories. In fact they’ve been used as a political weapon by many countries (this last time by Iran), but nobody wants to actually help them.
