Today I learned that Princess Margaret purchased her own wedding tiara (the Poltimore tiara was originally designed for Lady Poltimore in the 1870s)

1. And she liked this tiara and styled it like that, because it added height. She was insecure about being short, so she was always trying to make herself look taller.
