  1. They do this a lot, this was a classic get out of jail free card back up in Glasgow. Costs the government a fortune in a) keeping them out of jail and b) trying to help them develop a family environment which is impossible since they have kids specifically to generate income and stay out of jail.

    It’s a real thing but no one talks about it

  2. Small timers moving pills, coke and ket. Not really worth sending them to prison.

    If money is that important to them, hit them in their wallets and be done with it.

  4. Small time drug dealers selling recreational drugs. I’m not bothered whether they go to prison or not. Let’s start sentencing pedos.
