    2. Dont celebrate too early. As I understand it Tesla is releasing a new Y-model soon, so this can just be that people are postponing their purchases.

  4. Even outside of his current behavior, the entire brand is low quality trash.

    I had a company Tesla S for 3 years (many years ago) and it was a piece of sh*t.

    Constant material quality issues, leakage trough the doors, trunk suddenly wouldn’t close anymore, constant electrical issues and more.

  7. Maybe it’s because government funds and fiscal benefits to buy electric cars stopped in many countries, not many people can afford new cars (and even less electric), many people interested already have an electric car, and not because real people live in the online bubble you inhabit.

  12. Teslas are mad popular in France (at least until a month or so back…), I feel I see them here all the time

    Their popularity has been increasing slowly in the UK, a few years ago I only saw the odd few in wealthy parts of London, now I’ve started seeing them out in the country/smaller cities. Seems to be the go to for the Deano types to show off wealth. Think of your tradesman business owner, or slimy estate agent that came from a working class background and has done alright for himself, plays golf every weekend, has a plastic Stacey bird, and goes on holiday multiple times a year
