Background: On 8 February, Ukraine’s national team played its second friendly match, losing to Romania. The Romanians will play Ukraine in Division 1A of Group A in the upcoming World Cup. The Group A tournament will take place in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, from 26 April to 5 May.
