Snow and rain to hit Greece with frost and cold front warning

Weather forecasts for Tuesday predict increasing cloud cover and local rain, intensifying in the Ionian, Epirus, Western Thessaly, and Central Greece.

Snow is expected in the mountains on the mainland, Evia and Crete, with reduced visibility in central and northern regions. Frost will form overnight and early morning.

In Attica, light snow is possible in the mountains, with temperatures ranging from 4 to 9C. Thessaloniki will see increased clouds, with temperatures from 3 to 8C. Meteorologists warn of another possible strong cold front around February 20.
