Southwest customers can get connecting flights through Icelandair

A pilot program is about to take off from Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport that will take travelers to Europe.Starting Thursday, Southwest Airlines travelers can book connecting flights to Europe on Icelandair. Travelers first book a flight from Baltimore to Reykjavík, Iceland.Once there, they can continue to destinations in Europe, like Paris, London and Rome.BWI-Marshall is one of the first airports to offer this partnership. Eventually, Southwest plans to expand the service to other airports.
