2. My nippers uncle is about the same age and threw a plank of wood during the riots , currently serving a 1 year sentence with no previous criminal record,two tier justice at work

16. He pleaded guilty, there is no evidence he assaulted anyone and only showed up that day to protect his mosque against a racist crowd. No criminal record 3rd year university student who can easily get back on track to be a positive and productive member of the community.

    A suspended sentence seems perfectly appropriate.

    This headline is trying very hard to make it seems like a lenient justice system.
