There was a v-day flowers popup on a busy road near my house yesterday. Smart idea!
well yea… otherwise they’ll bloom, wilt and die before your gf/mother gets to put them in a vase
Thank god my wife hates cut flowers same as my mom.
If you haven’t ordered your flowers before Valentine’s Day for deliver on Valentine’s Day, you’re probably not getting flowers delivered.
I imagine between Valentine’s and Mother’s day, florists make their nut for the year

Still, I’ll allow it–OP actually made an effort to make the chart look nice and it is an “interesting” result to see plotted out even though nobody will be surprised by it.
2022 was a particularly bad year in this regard.
As a guy who LOVES flowers, this shit always makes me laugh.
Did you’ll not notice all the stuff getting stocked up at all the stores?
idk what its like in other places, but here in my city there are tons of street vendors selling bouquets and stuffed animals for all those last minute shoppers. dont even have to get out of the care for some of them.
I used to do work for a flower importer/wholesaler. The biggest things I learned is don’t come in for the scheduled monthly visit in the first half of February or May.
Fun fact: Mother’s Day is the most expensive time for flowers in general, but for roses, it’s Valentine’s Day (probably not overly surprising).
Easiest way to cure this…don’t buy flowers
There is also a huge spike for Fathers day. Just kidding.
Fortunately, I tell every guy I’m with pretty early on that I do not wish to receive dead plants as a way to express affection.
