There is no way that buzz is supposed to be there. Who do I call to come take a look? In Belfast

  1. I used to live beside one of these. It would fizzle in damp or rainy weather. It went on for as long as I lived there without intervention, but it wouldn’t do any harm to contact the N.I.E. and report your concerns.

  2. Ghostbusters – obviously the protons are messing with ectoplasm

  3. Normally need Workman’s glue for an aul buzz like that

  4. Same sound flies make when I whack them with the elctro-racket!

  5. It’s very easy to Google.
A “static sound” around a pylon, often described as a buzzing or crackling noise, is typically caused by a phenomenon called “corona discharge,” which occurs when the high voltage electricity in the power lines ionizes the air around them, creating a small electrical discharge that produces an audible sound.

  6. If you stand near it and put your hands 3 inches away from your head your hair will stand on its ends 😂😂😂

  7. ” hello, Im ringing to report a bad buzz ”

” what did you take? “

  8. It’s an electricity pylon, they absolutely buzz all the time and the sometimes also arc in bad weather.

  9. Just some of the 5g leaking out. It’s natural as it regulates it’s own pressure. Bill Gates comes around once a week with a spanner to check the seals

  10. It’s perfectly normal. You don’t need to call anyone.

  11. That’s a high transmission line. The noise is completely normal .

  12. *clears throat to put on best Morgan Freeman voice*

It appears that Kaldesh was, in fact, not okay due to the pylon buzzing caused by damp weather.

  13. Crackling is normal.
Stick a florescent tube in the ground for a neat trick.

  14. If you hold a fluorescent bulb in your hand it will light up under a pylon , I use to live beside one

  15. Member the add from the 80’s. wee childer throw their Frisbee into the tower then climb to get it back. Was to put childer of going near these towers. Fuck I’m getting old.

  16. Not from Northern Ireland and not really sure why this was recommended to me but these always buzz it isn’t abnormal

  17. Looks like Mount Eagles. That’s just the standard noise from these things in wet weather and why houses next to them are cheaper and why they’ve undeveloped green space under them.

Give the noise, health risk, and eye sore. There’s no way I’d live in the houses close to them.
