  1. As someone who has no idea what he does in France, he’s always come across as a competent leader.

  2. As a non-French person I can allow myself to say that I’m very much a fan of Macron. That means I have no idea about his domestic policies, but he’s majorly pro-EU and he really really tried/tries to get Ukraine out of this, I can respect that.

    His actions, it should be a blank square for both.

  5. If I got to choose between a Flemboy and Donald Trump to watch over a kid, I would choose the Flemboy. Next to Trump everybody looks capable and good.

  6. Have the French ever liked a ruler though? Maybe Charlemagne.

  7. I hate his guts on domestic policy, but I gotta admit he is really good at international diplomacy and relations.

  8. I think Macron is great, although I don’t know how he operates inside France

  9. He’s one of the last bastions of the EU, that’s a good thing

  10. Rutte was much the same when he was still PM of the Netherlands.

  12. We had way worse than him, but have we ever liked one of our rulers?

  14. Can a Pierre let me know what he actually does/did domestically? Why is he so disliked?
