  2. Weird what happens when the head of Ofcom is a swivel-eyed Tory who publicly praises Farage and people like Lawrence Fox.

Fun bit of trivia though, he had a Senior Position at Channel 4 when Brass Eye was airing and kept meddling in the production to try to force edits and changes. In the last episode, Chris Morris inserted a single frame that said “Grade is a cunt” as his response.

  3. Is it just me or does this article completely fail to give any detail as to the charges?

  4. 12 – 1 that’s the scoring card for GB news. They have been fined 12 times for breaches of impartiality and other Ofcom rules so there is that context to their judicial review outcome.

  5. Absolutely disgusting, it’s so blatant the only thing not see is the russian money in their pockets.

  6. This is an off the top of my head remark, but if the BBC can run This Week which featured Dianne Abbot as one it’s lead contributors whilst she was a serving MP, why can’t GB News run one with the Honourable Member for the 19th Century?

  7. Have I totally misunderstood, or was the ruling that Rees-Mogg could host despite being an MP as the (content of the) program did not constitute “News” – isn’t that quite telling?
