  1. Why does this show some people aging faster than others? The angle of incline should be the same for each person.

Like around 1997-1998, the oldest person in the world suddenly ages faster? Or in some cases there is no incline just a straight vertical increase to a sudden new age.

    Huh?

  2. That one peak is partially disputed. Theories have been passed around that she was actually using her mother’s name.

  3. Something is slightly off with your data as the spike after Calment (which this nicely highlights) has a steeper gradient in the 2nd part of it. Everyone ages at the same rate so gradient should be the same.

  4. It seems as soon as they are declared the world’s oldest it places a target on their back.

  5. The angles are all over the place. Some of these old fucks time travelers too?

  6. FYI, most likely these ages are completely made up. It’s a whole thing. Quite a bit of research investigating the phenomenon.

  7. Could you color by frequency for a sample for some range of ages

  8. Violet Brown told you to go fuck yourself.

    Whose Violet Brown??

  9. Population increases too. Some of this would be explained just by probability in a larger population?

  10. Slope is about 1 year age : 10 years time. If that slope ever hits 1 year age: 1 year of time we’ll have beat aging. Long way to go…
