Is the Gaza war’s final battle being fought in the north of the besieged enclave? The Israeli army launched a major operation there on October 6, targeting the towns of Jabalya and Beit Lahya, where Hamas is attempting to regroup and rebuild. For now, nearly 400,000 Palestinian civilians have refused the Israel Defense Forces’ evacuation orders and remain in the north.   26. The Israeli military has turned out to be a paper tiger. They have failed to achieve any of its military objectives in Gaza or Lebanon. The only thing that they have achieved is ethnic cleansing, mass civilian casualities and destruction of infrastructure.

Legitimacy of Resistance: Under international law, people under occupation or colonial domination, such as Palestinians, have the right to self-determination and resistance, including armed resistance against Israel, as recognized in instruments like United Nations General Assembly Resolution 37/43. This is the law with no exceptions!
