I WAS LAYING IN BED WHEN ADT CALLED ME AT LIKE 3 A.M. WATCH HERE AS THE GLASS ACROSS HIS STOREFRONT IS SHATTERED IN. THEN THE PERSON GRABS MERCHANDISE AND LEAVES ON A BIKE. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. THREE POLICE REPORTS NOW SITS ON HIS TABLE, AS WELL AS THE ROCKS USED TO SMASH IN HIS WINDOWS. SO THIS WAS THE FIRST ROCK. THIS WAS THE SECOND ROCK. YOU CAN SEE THAT GETTING PROGRESSIVELY BOLDER ALSO. I DON’T HAVE ROCKS OUTSIDE, SO THEY’RE BRINGING THEIR OWN ROCKS. IT’S GOING TO BE AT LEAST $5,000. PROBABLY. PROBABLY MORE. A beloved J Street business in midtown Sacramento has endured three destructive smash-and-grab burglaries in just one week, leaving the owner grappling with thousands of dollars in damages.Good Bottle, a wine and liquor shop owned by Chris Sinclair, has been hit multiple times, with surveillance footage capturing every break-in.
