Text below taken from James Evans MS Facebook.I couldn't find it online. Added a link in the comments to the FB post and this isn't me supporting his wording.
😡 The final proposal for the Senedd are out! 36 more members with super constituencies with six MSs in each area and they’ve also erased Radnorshire from the new constituency name a blatant disregard for our local identity!!
Labour, Plaid, Lib Dem’s, and Reform all back these plans.
This will erode the vital link between politicians and their constituents. People deserve real representation, not a diluted system.
Only the Welsh Conservatives stand against Senedd expansion

Why do we need so many? We need to get rid of Westminster based parties. We need a strong party to lead wales.
I think a big problem with the names and geography of these constituencies is the fact they’ve been forced to merge Westminster constituencies for this election. I would imagine things will seem more natural when they propose the ones for the following election as they’ll be created from scratch and the boundary commission will have a lot more time to consider their proposals.
And I wonder how opposed the Tories actually are to this change? For example, will they only be fielding 60 candidates or will they be contesting every seat? They could very likely end up with more MS as a result of the expansion. Will they be complaining then?
Chirk is part of a coastal constituency
Weird putting Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire together.
There are no people in Wales as sinilar to each other as the people of Llandridnod Wells and Neath
Not a fan of the full list system.
I’ve written to my MSs on a couple of occasions and only ever get any real engagement from my directly elected MS. The others don’t seem to pick things up, feels like they assume the others will engage more unless it’s their latest hobby horse.
Hopefully doesn’t happen in the new system, but I’m a fan of the hybrid tbh.
I don’t think it’s right at all to have Caernarfon and welshpool in the same area. These guys are supposed to be semi local, as someone who grew up within that region chester is more of a destination I was likely to go then welshpool is.

Swapping Rhondda from RCT with Merthyr is an odd choice
They have more MS but they don’t think to make more natural constituencies?
Ble mae’r….

Can’t quite figure it out lol
This is the main issue of PR really. It’s going to further centralise political power around Cardiff Bay and further separate the representatives from their constituencies.
Is it better than First Past the Post? Absolutely, 100%!
Is it better than AV or STV? Not in my personal opinion.
I’ve lived in both Pembs and Ceredigion.
Ceredigion + north Pembs makes sense, Ceredigion + South Pembs less so.
Putting Aberystwyth and Milford haven in the same senedd boundary, but then having cardigan and Newcastle emlyn separate just feels bloody weird.
The Elan valley having a coastal constituency is my favourite one I’ve worked out so far
Holy population disproportions Batman!
We don’t need another 36 mp’s. The mess they are making as it is is bad enough. The costs for the extra ones is way too much. Under this system Drakeford will never be voted out.
8 remains mad
The war on bilingualism continues
