1. Submission statement: After bilateral talks in Saudi Arabia this Tuesday, Ukraine and the United States negotiated a 30-day ceasefire deal and that American intelligence and military support for Kyiv had been immediately restarted. Today, Russia rejected the current iteration of the ceasefire deal and is now pushing for modifications that will likely be unfair to Kyiv. This article breaks down this story, and includes vital context about the 2022 Istanbul Communique and how factionalism within the Trump administration appears to be influencing American foreign policy.

3. There is no logical reason for Russia to stop. It has advances every day. Field by field. Ukraine has problems with drones, ammo and manpower. Also, it looks that Russia does have some economic reserves, at least for a few months

4. I love the irony of a nation that has fought 3 wars halfway across the world for no good reason accusing another of being a warmonger.

   At the end of the day, Ukraine isn’t that important in the global picture and a US withdrawal from europe was inevitable. Instead of name calling it would be much more useful for nations like canada to focus on its failing economy.
