Ah. That’s a shame. I rather liked the “Ghosts”
Hard to believe that passengers are dirtier than the air in the tube
I kind of liked the nuclear shadow look. It gave the Lizzy line a slightly haunted vibe that I think otherwise it just doesn’t have.
And the rest of the porous white tunnel cladding? Feet marks. It’s so obvious. If an engineer involved in the design can explain their stupid decision please..
Now if they could just do something about that overpowering smell of mill dew down there…
They shouod have tiled the walls. Blank walls in the long term become a graffiti canvas.
What an elegant solution as opposed to, say, using materials which demonstrably stand the test of time in this environment.
What pride flag is this?
Edit- I am LGBTQ lol
they are ugly af
I actually like the smooth white/grey concrete, I feel that it gives the Elizabeth line a lovely futuristic feel.
God those are ugly.
Can’t they get some aspiring artists to paint some actual people and update it every few months?
Thank fuck, I was looking at these on my train home yesterday and the ‘sweat shadows’ look like a sort of dirty human stain on the beautiful grand modernity of these stations.
