From the article:
A US court has ruled that files relating to Prince Harry's US visa application must be made public this week.
The Duke of Sussex's reference to drug use in his memoir prompted a conservative think tank to question why he was allowed in the US, with questions about his admissions of past drug use being raised in relation to his visa.
In 2023, Prince Harry published his memoir, Spare, in which he admitted to taking drugs including cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms while as a teenager and adult.

The world knew about his drug use years before his memoir. Prior drug use isn’t cause to automatically deny a visa or citizenship. There’s no way he lied about it because there’s no way he could.
Yawn, another nothing burger
I genuinely wonder why is this important? Would someone enlighten me ?
He moved out . Lives there now with an American woman. Has kids. What’s the point of this ?
Can we look at Elmo’s visa then? Doesn’t he have a penchant for horse tranquilizer
Does this mean they can deport him? But he’s married to an american.
He should go home with his wife and 2 children ( back of head only confirmation) , with his tail between his legs. Unleash his wife in another country.
Harry may be the only one Trump doesn’t want to report (so far).
There was no reason for Harry to lie on the visa. The Heritage Foundation has been floating a false narrative. Shocker. The forms ask if you’ve been a drug abuser/addict (which he hadn’t been) or convicted of drug offenses (which he hasn’t been). Drug use in and of itself isn’t a bar to getting a visa. I mean, Ozzy Osborne lived here for years. And if mild drug use was a question and he’d said no he certainly wouldn’t have then yapped about it in Spare.
This is a great big nothing burger for Harry. But it makes the Heritage Foundation look more deranged than they even are, which is saying something. How much money have they spent to get a private (as in not a public official) citizen’s information released? There’s literally no valid reason or great public interest. But they’ve spent over a year filing requests and going to court.
