2. I thought legislation was going to change so they’d be required to face their sentence in person. This refusing to leave their cell thing is becoming all too common.

17. Criminals shouldn’t be allowed to refuse to attend court for sentencing. That right should be forfeit when you’re found guilty, and it’s an insult to the victims who have to seek justice in a courtroom without the offender even hearing victim statements. Of course they’ll choose not to attend but it’s a genuine disgrace that they’re allowed that privilege.

20. Stick the biggest, hardest prisoner in the same cell and tell him that the little coward planned to murder a bunch of kids. I guarantee the little scrote will be begging to leave the cell within 5 minutes, at which point the guards should conveniently misplace the keys so he has to stay there.

    You hurt or plan to hurt kids you don’t deserve sympathy or any sort of comfort.
