He’s right. We shouldn’t be recruiting staff from countries that are short of medical staff.
We should be training our own.

It’s because they are the only people willing to work for such shit pay and conditions (which probably looks great to them until they too have to spend 80% on of it on rent and the other 20% on taxes, then get their food from a food bank)
