So the top 100 sex offenders each month will be investigated by police, sex offenders who don’t make the cut will be free to carry on until their crimes become severe enough to rise up the league table.
Anyone thinking about organising non violent direct action, against the destruction of the planet or endless war, will be arrested for those thoughts and locked up for 5 years. The policing resources assigned to cracking down on protest are endless. Violent sex offenders are a secondary priority.
The faces of these monsters, I hope they will be welcomed in prisons

Someone with multiple convictions by age thirty, is likely past the point of “rehabilitation” (if it were ever possible).
