Well, that’s depressing but unsurprising.
This is anecdotal, but I’ve definitely noticed a massive real life (i.e., not just on social media) increase in the amount of people I know (and also people I dont know – mainly taxi drivers) spouting far right rhetoric or stating something as fact which is nothing but Qanon level conspiracy bullshit. People in my own family seem to have changed part of their personalities from rational, semi sane to complete head-the-balls.
Just under half of our country are bigots and support the likes of dup/tuv etc its disappointing, but it’s far from surprising tbh
I’d rather watch a kitten autopsy.
