  3. I used to carry my dog on my back before she got too big.

    Whereas before I was a target, with my dog even the whitest of van men treated me like royalty on the road. I ceased to be a ‘cyclist’. I was a novelty, a good man, someone drivers gave a thumbs up to.

    And I have never had so much female attention.

    Gents. Get a dog, and get a bike. You will not regret it.

  8. Hey, not sure but this could be the dog called Soul whose dad used to ride him on motorbike to Bar Italia gatherings on Saturday nights.
    Soul is/was same size, wore goggles and little leather life jacket.
