The exterior is finished in a regal Keswick Green with a Charcoal Grey interior.
There is minor wear on the driver’s seat indicating it was not chauffeur driven, as reported by Luxury Auto News.
It was delivered to Highgrove House in November 2010.
At the time of purchase the vehicle had just 24,595 miles on the clock.
The winning bidder sealed their purchase on Saturday.
The auction was held at the NEC, Birmingham.
A private collector sold the motor in partnership with Iconic Auctioneers.
Iconic Auctioneers stated: “Supplied by JLR Special Vehicles for the sole use of The Prince of Wales and HRH The Duchess of Cornwall (at the time).
“It has more recently formed part of a small but dedicated Royal Collection, dutifully cared for by its fastidious owner.”
