I feel like any reasonable person would given Scotland has it.
Can’t even look after what they have got. They’ll get this, then shout they haven’t got the money, then will end up a decrepid, delapidated mess.

It’s strange to talk about Cardiff as the largest Welsh council when talking about land when they are using the population as the measure. It just reads weird to me.
WG only wants the cash from this and they’re not fit to run it.
It’s much better centrally managed, the economies of scale work and there’s no risk of under or over pricing rent because the managers can see the whole estate value.
It’s highly unlikely the block grant wouldn’t go down by a considerable sum if it were delegated.
This strikes me as brilliant news until I think about the Welsh Government managing *anything*
King Prince Charles deserves that money, he worked hard for us when he was in charge.
