4. I’d much rather countries dealt with the Americans with the contempt they deserve. No retaliation, just ignore them. When questioned by press give a sarcastic answer such as ‘when the children mature or when an adult returned to the White House we’ll discuss’
   They want the retaliation comments as it’s perfect propaganda for internal consumption. See the Russian playbook everything they say and reactions they press for is for internal soundbites.
