Czechia’s Eurovision 2025 representative, Adonxs, has performed his entry “Kiss Kiss Goodbye” live for the first time.

The Slovak-born artist debuted his song during the Eurovision in Concert 2025, held in Amsterdam on Saturday, April 5. Adonxa performed live for the first time alongside other Eurovision 2025 contestants in the Dutch capital.

Previously, the singer gave an acoustic performance of the song “Kiss Kiss Goodbye” during Malta’s national selection earlier in February. His performance offered a stripped-down preview of the final version for Basel.

The Czech Eurovision 2025 entry was selected through an open call. “Kiss Kiss Goodbye” was chosen by professional jury who assessed the submitted entries and ultimately selected Adonxs to represent Czechia in this year’s contest.

Adonxs, born Adam Pavlovčin, rose to fame after winning the 2021 edition of the Czech-Slovak version of SuperStar. Though originally from Slovakia, he is now based in London, making him the second consecutive Czech Eurovision act to live in the UK, following Aiko in 2024.

The singer will perform in Semi-Final on May 15 in position 12.

Czechia first competed in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007. They achieved their best result at the contest with Mikolas Josef coming 6th in Lisbon 2018 with the song “Lie to Me”. Gabriela Gunčíková took Czechia to their first final in 2016. This came after a three year run of non-qualifications between 2007 and 2009, and missing out on a place in the final on their return in 2015. Until 2023, the nation took part under the name Czech Republic.
