  1. Excellent, UK companies shouldn’t suddenly change their company values because another country changed leaders.

  2. Today I learned that Accenture now has a division with a ridiculous name like Song.

  3. After reading all of the [Accenture Song](https://www.accenture.com/us-en/about/song-client-stories-index) website I still have no idea what they actually do besides “Vodafone’s AI-powered chatbot is making customer service cool for Gen Zs” 🤮

This is the cringiest marketing agency I’ve ever seen. I’m fine with publicly funded organisations like TFL not wasting our money on bullshit like this. Hire a local London agency for a fraction of the price if you really need marketing work (questionable for the tube anyway). It seems like all they do is plug stuff into Gen AI anyway.

  4. I’ve gone on their website and read this article and I still have no idea what Accenture Song actually do?

  5. So TFL would have otherwise waved them through on a policy from nearly a decade ago? Clearly nothing but a tick box on tender scoring from TFL
