  1. Wear what makes you happy; that’s what matters!

  2. Nothings cringe if you have the confidence to rock it. Cool shirt!

  3. 41 year old straight man and cat owner here, I’d happily wear this.

  4. Depends how much you care what others think? And the answer is you shouldn’t, not one iota

  5. 40 something should be old enough to not care about being ‘cringe’ or ‘cool’ anymore.

If you’re not harming anyone, just do your thing mate.

  6. Write SuperDry in sharpie on the left pec and your good to go!!.

  7. Also a 40+ straight man from the UK. I’d wear the shit out of that and not even think twice about it

  8. I mean it’s obviously tragic but what’s more tragic is a grown man asking reddit about his t-shirt choice

  9. Loads of 40 something men wear tshirts with prints on. Why is this even a question

  10. Wear whatever you want. If you like it and want to wear it, go for it

  11. My 45 year old ass thought that was a Turbo Granny t-shirt and got excited

  12. Do your thing man, nothing cooler than someone rocking a shirt that they love. And it is a pretty dope shirt.

  13. Id wear it, i think it looks great. Im 41, straight, and my wardrobe is full of stuff like this. Was wondering around town yesterday with a giant chicken on my tshirt lol

  14. It translates as “unfortunate” but I don’t think it’s so bad

  15. It’ll increase the score multiplier by 0.25X every-time any of your lucky cards trigger, so to be honest, if you feel it’ll work, go for it.

In all seriousness, where did you find that shirt because I want to buy it, does the shop have an online presence?

  16. I’d wear it _because_ it’s cringe.

    Lean into it. Own it.

  17. Wear what you want pal, nobody cares that much to cause a problem for you. If you wear it with socks and sandals you might get a chuckle though.

  18. You need some sunlight and exercise brother. You’re carrying too much anxiety when you’re asking Reddit if your clothes are okay to wear.

  19. I spent all day yesterday wearing a t-shirt inside out. Didn’t do it on purpose but no one said anything.

    Wear what you want.

  20. Gay guy from the United States here, you don’t have to say you’re straight. The wrinkles in your clothing say that with more volume than yelling it ever could.

  21. Totally fine to wear. Just bear in mind the shirt reads “Unlucky Day” along the top.

  22. Wear whatever the fuck you want dude, no one will ever care. Its a cool tshirt.

  23. Who cares if it’s cool or cringe. Wear what brings you joy – life is already too complicated and short to worry about what others will think. Be you and love your most authentic life. If you like it, it’s cool!!

  24. Why put so much value on what others think

Be happy in yourself; wear what you want

  25. To someone who can read Japanese, it’s a bit weird. The top says ‘unlucky day’ but in a kind of Google-Translated way, and the sign on the right says ‘underground (subway)’, which is strange because the view outside the window is clearly not underground. It probably wasn’t made by a designer who can speak Japanese.

But if that doesn’t bother you, you do you.

  26. I’m 49 and I’d happily wear that, but then I’m as uncool as it gets, so that’s probably not a great recommendation. I’m sat here typing this in the “You’re freaking meowt!” cat shirt that I wore to bed, so I acknowledge that I have no right to say anything about anyone’s fashion choices.

Of course, with any Japanese items, always check that the text doesn’t actually say “PENIS!” or “I love having sex with cats!” or something. That shirt is basically “Bad day” and some train signs so you’re safe, haha.

  27. I think it’s pretty cringe a 40 something man is asking reddit for approval

  28. I’m 45 and I’d wear it, but I don’t care about anything like being cringe or cool.

As an uncle of mine used to say “They’ll take me like they get me”

  29. My 40 something male manager at work, has a my little pony pink and light blue cardigan, and if I’m honest it’s fucking great.

Wear whatever the fuck you want mate.

  30. Wear it if you like it. Who gives a fuck what other people think.

  31. I’m 63 and a jeans and Tshirt type of guy and always will be. I’ve had several comments like “you don’t dress like an older person!” What am I supposed to wear? High-waist Corduroy trousers, checked shirt and a cardigan?

  32. If people stare at it, it may just be they’re trying to read it.

Sometimes I forget I’m wearing something unusual and can’t remember why people would be staring at me.

  33. When you’re 18, you worry about what everybody is thinking of you; when you’re 40, you don’t give a darn what anybody thinks of you; when you’re 60, you realize nobody’s been thinking about you at all.
Wear whatever T shirt you want pal. Nobody cares

  34. At 40 and Asking permission to wear something because it may not be ‘straight’ enough is the only cringe thing I see here

  35. You’re asking Reddit if something is cool to wear?

I think that may be the starting issue
