  1. And not a single soul made eye contact.

    Beautiful photo, however.

  2. I avoid this walk between 08:30-09:30 if I can, just too many people. Feel sorry for those walking in the opposite direction!

Last Tuesday due to delay, I got caught in that and it was horrendous.

  3. I really enjoy watching people go to work in the city everyone in suits and stuff it just looks cool

  4. Out in the open, it’s not too bad. Underground, I find it depresses me: the sight of hundreds of people all shuffling forward towards escalators or ticket barriers in one large mass, all of them heading towards a similar job somewhere in an office, at the same time.

  5. A crowd flowed over London Bridge, so many,

I had not thought death had undone so many.

Sighs, short and infrequent, were exhaled,

And each man fixed his eyes before his feet.

Flowed up the hill and down King William Street,

To where Saint Mary Woolnoth kept the hours

With a dead sound on the final stroke of nine.

  6. Sit down take someones money, waste them on investment in molvania, have lunch, ask gov for help, cross back to lb for train to nowhere.

  7. When you look up upon exiting Canary Wharf Jubilee line station and see the long escalators carrying lines of people upwards it reminds me rather of Metropolis.

  8. My old office is in this picture.

View over the Thames and the bridge was so nice.
