13. It wasn’t caused by Brexit. It was caused by privatisation. Profits are paid to shareholders and not invested to maintain and improve this essential public service. It’s just one example of the destructive results of privatisation throughout Britain in areas as diverse as health and water.

    The practice of discharging sewage and other waste water into rivers and the sea has been going on for centuries and I include other countries which are ALSO doing the same. Also, since waste water treatment plants came in many DECADES ago the practice has got worse. But typical media want to blame Brexit and recent times. Pathetic, poor and prejudiced reporting. Its not "journalism" its propaganda!

21. Clean water has nothing to do with sewage, unless you are reusing the water as tap water. So seperate water companies from sewage ones.
