  2. Heroin as we used to know it has gone. Afghanistan has almost stopped opium production so the heroin supply chain is drying up. Synthetic opioids, including nitazenes, are gradually replacing the naturally derived diamorphine in the street drugs sold as ‘heroin’. This is extremely serious for the poor souls who are addicted to heroin.

  5. Luckily, the amount of heroin I use is harmless, I inject about once a month on a purely recreational basis. Fine. But what about other people less stable, less educated, less middle-class than me? Builders or blacks for example. If you’re one of those, my advice is leave well alone. Good luck.

    Interesting how strict the Chinese government is with law and order yet they don’t crack down on the export of substances that create epidemics in the west such as fentanyl and nitazenes, despite China formally banning fentanyl and related/analogue substances in 2019

  9. Few months ago I noticed the local homeless population in Islington being a lot more agitated. Witnessed one attempting to rob another, more aggressive begging, shouting at night etc. might be related.

    Glad instead of accepting the moral L and legalising weed, we’ve continued to funnel obscene amounts of money to organised crime, who are now selling harder and more dangerous drugs. 

    It would be a total moral failing to let one person get stoned, so I’m really glad so many people will die on these opioids. 

    Would also be disgustingly to admit that like 50% of the UK loves cocaine and instead of legalising that too, in what would be a disgusting progressive move, we are now behind such liberal bastions like America in continuing to hate drugs.

  13. I have previously used some *illegal* clear web sites that sell various pharma opioids like codeine under the guise of being pharmacy themselves.

    Just recently one added oxycodone to their listings which is very strange. I wonder if they are nitazene pressies?

  16. China and Russia are absolutely exploiting the fuck out of the west’s self-defeating liberal policies on immigration and drugs.

    Pushing migrants back to where they came from? No that would be fascist; cracking down hard on substance use? No that would be unthinkable in a liberal democracy.

    There are effective measures that could control both issues which have been used successfully in China and Russia, but the west’s arrogance just stop them from adopting the same measues. They only have themselves to blame for their own decline.
