Young musicians across Luxembourg are invited to take the spotlight as the Future Talent Stage returns to Luxembourg City this October, offering performers aged 15 to 25 a chance to shine in front of industry pros.

Aspiring musicians across the Grand Duchy once again have a chance to shine as the Future Talent Stage festival returns to the capital for its eighth edition this autumn. The youth-focused event, which aims to spotlight the next generation of musical talent, will take place on Saturday, 18 October 2025, at the Old Slaughterhouse in Hollerich, from 6.30–9.30pm.

Open to singers aged 15 to 25 from Luxembourg City and surrounding areas, the festival invites solo artists and groups to perform across a wide range of genres – from hip-hop and pop to jazz and soul. Performers will have the unique opportunity to showcase their talent live in front of music industry professionals.

Organised by the municipality’s Youth Department, in partnership with Konektis Entertainment and Foqus creative studio, the event is part of a broader initiative to support and promote emerging local talent.

Aspiring artists can apply online from now until 8 May 2025. Once applications close, the public will have a say: from 22 May to 10 July, fans can cast their votes for their favourite performers at talent.vdl.lu. Finalists will be selected based on public support and jury feedback, culminating in a live performance at the October event.

Since its inception in 2018, the Future Talent Stage has become a launchpad for young vocalists looking to gain visibility and experience in a professional setting. To register or find out more, visit the official event page.
