Israeli probe into the killings of Palestinian medics finds ‘professional failures’

1. Why didn’t they just go “well, maybe they aren’t actually dead” like they did with the report Netanyahu comissioned on the death of Muhammed al-Durrah?

   He’s happy to throw IDF rank and file under the bus for following IDF policy now?

2. Ah yes, because everyone just accidentally executes aid workers at point blank range, ties them up, buries them in a mass grave and bulldozes their ambulances in that same mass grave. Common mistake.

   The military investigation found that the deputy battalion commander, “due to poor night visibility,” assessed that the ambulances belonged to Hamas militants. Video footage obtained from the incident shows the ambulances had lights flashing.”

   So they lied and backtracked. Why should anybody believe them again?

   Shouldn’t that mean you have to go out and say that you made a mistake? Instead of, uk, burrying them and call it a day of freedom?

5. Man, I hate it when poor nighttime visibility makes me bury my victims and their crushed ambulance in a mass grave.

   And it just keeps happening for some reason, need to get some vitamin A in me to help with my night vision or something.

   I’m sure that Israeli soldiers, if they ever find free time between sniping children and looting underwear, will undertake some training or something so that they don’t make mistakes like these again.
