Magellan didn’t make it round the world anyway. He died in the Philippines.
Huuummm… But did he start the travel at the back of the boat though? Else……
The absolute chad dis it twice just to flex on the Romance
There was also a slave who was brought from Sumatra to Portugal years before the expedition and who accompanied the expedition at least until the Philippines. Then there are no more records but he probably left the expedition to return to his old home. If he succeeded to reach Sumatra, he would be the first person to complete the circumnavigation.
A German latrine cleaner, he probably cleaned the latrines with his tongue, Germs have always been and always will be scat and piss weirdos
And people still think that cleaning out latrines won’t take you far
If you say so
Rule of thumb when it comes to “Germans” and anything before 1871:
Check where they were born, if it’s within 50km of another country with regards to today’s borders; than that tends to be the actual or closest nationality.
Case in point:
Aachen is literally located on the Dutch border.
Ergo; if he were alive today … he’d probably identify with the Dutch.
Edit: Downvote all you want Germboys, you know this is the truth.
Most prestigious Aachener job after the death of Charlemagne be like:
The slave Enrique from Malay was the first to circumvent the globe. Although not in one trip.
Hey Hans, did you take your pills today?
Sorry to inform but he was a gunner. His quarters were in the Stern castle.
>Juan Alemán de Aquisgrán
John German of Herebig.
Also, this post is missing my boy Elcano. That’s a ~~paddlin’~~ bombin’.
*laughs in Juan Sebastián Elcano*
I doubt he circumvented the planet.
Has anyone ever?
Maybe the astronauts on the ISS count as circumventing earth, as they’re intentionally avoiding it.
