  2. No. India will not extradite her until there is free and fair elections in Bangladesh. What you have right now is an administration put in place by a mob. They do not have any legitimacy until they prove it via ballot box through a democratic process in which all parties are allowed to participate.

    Until that happens, they can continue to send as many red notices against Hasina… India will just ignore them.

  3. India will simply reject. Interpol notices seem to be dime a dozen. Besides there is too much frostiness between the two countries at this point.
